To the Honorable Sudges of the Court of Criminal Appeals come now Vivian Monroe, Holman, Petitioner, and files this motion for an extention of sixty ( 40) days in which to file a Petition for Discretionary Review. In Support of this motion appellant shows the court the following:

The Petitioner was convicted in the 54th District Court of Melennan County. Tx of the offense of Aggravated sexual assets in Cause No. 2012-17-C2 Suiled State of Texas vs. Vivian Monroe, Halman, the Petitioner and the Court of Appeals, 10th Court-Supreme Judicial District. The case was affirmed on October 15, 2012, 2015

The present deadline for filing the Petition for Discretionary Review is November 23, 2015, the Petitioner has not request any extention prior to this request.
*3 II Petitioner's request for this extention is based upon the following facts: Petitioner was not informed of the decision of the count of apprais in offering his case until November 2,2015. Since that time the Retitioner has been attempting to gain legal representation in this matter this atorney on the appeal Stan Schwieger, has informed Petitioner that he will not represent him on the petition for Discretionary Review
Whare Forth, Petitioner prays this count grant this motion and extend the deadline for filing the petition For Discretionary Review in Case No 309-11-02 to Sourrary 93, 2016.
