The offense is driving ‍​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌​‍while intoxicated; the punishment, a fine of $50.

The record ‍​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌​‍is before us without a statement of facts or ‍​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌​‍bills of exception.
