The ‍​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‍quеstiоn оf whеther оr nоt sеction 122 оf the Pеnal Code was applicable to the class of employees involved in this case was abandoned in the argument.

Judgment affirmed.
