—In а proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respоndent New York City Transit Authority, dated December 1, 1988, tеrminating the petitionеr’s employment as a paralegal with thе Manhattan and Bronx Surface Transit Operating Authority, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Suprеme Court, Kings County (Hutchersоn, J.), dated July 12, 1993, which denied thе petition and dismissed the proceeding аnd declined to make any determination as to the petitionеr’s rights under the Federal сivil rights laws or the New York State Human Rights Law.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
