By the specific devise in ‍​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‍Mrs. Dehon’s will, her husband took a life estate, and ‍​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‍her children vested remainders in fee absolutely.
