AFTER REMAND FROM ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court's decision in Ex parteHenderson, 616 So.2d 348 (Ala. 1992), this cause is remanded to the trial court for resentencing. As mandated by that decision, the trial court is to reweigh the aggravating and mitigating circumstances and to submit a written order including its findings and conclusions to this Court within 90 days of this opinion.

REMANDED WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
