Petition of Casper Hemby for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to review ‍‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‍and revise the judgment and decision of that court in Hemby v. State, 26 Ala. App. 273, 160 So. 119.
