For the reasons stated in the dissenting opinion, ‍‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‍the decision of the Court of Appeals is reversed.
