In this case, the title to land came in question, so ás to entitle the plaintiff ‍‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌‍to full costs under the act, and the certificate was properly granted.

Rule refused.
