Appellant invokes some rules under the law of contracts,, and cites numerous authorities, and among them Mechem Agency, sections 291, 297, 303. We do not discoArer a word in these sections against our theory of this question. Appellant omits section 298, Avhich Ave think quite significant, and Ave quote- it, with the one preceding it: “Sec. 297. In this case, as in the other cases, the intention is to be gathered from the whole instrument, whether it be made of one piece of paper or of many.” “Sec. 298. The instructions given are without prejudicial error, and they so fairly submit the case that there was no error in the refusal of those asked. The evidence clearly sustains the verdict. The judgment is affirmed.
