JUDGMENT
Upon consideration of the record from the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and the briefs of the parties, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the judgment of the District Court be affirmed.
Appellant Edward E. Harris filed a complaint in the District Court claiming, inter alia, that appellee Wackenhut Services, Inc., subjected him to a racially hostile work environment and discriminated against him because of his race when it transferred him to a new position. The District Court dismissed these two claims, granting summary judgment in favor of Wackenhut. Harris appeals.
In dismissing Harris’s hostile work environment claim, the District Court concluded that the comments about which Harris complained did not support a finding “that his work environment was sufficiently hostile to become legally actionable.” Harris v. Wackenhut Servs., Inc.,
In dismissing Harris’s discriminatory transfer claim, the District Court concluded that the entirety of Harris’s evidence did not support an inference of discrimination. Harris v. Wackenhut Servs., Inc.,
Pursuant to Rule 36 of this Court, this disposition will not be published. The Clerk is directed to withhold issuance of the mandate herein until seven days after the disposition of any timely petition for rehearing or petition for rehearing en banc. See Fed R.App. P. 41(b); D.C.Cir.R. 41.
