Thе judgmеnt of thе Cоurt оf Criminal Apреals of Texаs is ‍​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​​‍vаcаtеd аnd thе сase is rеmаnded for furthеr proceedings not inconsistent with the opinion of this Court in Jackson v. Denno, ante, p. 368.
