117 Ga. 40 | Ga. | 1903
The accused was convicted of murder, in Richmond superior court. His motion for a new trial, besides containing the general grounds that the verdict was contrary to law and the evidence, complained that the court erred in not granting a continuance on motion of counsel for the accused, and asked for a new trial on the ground of newly discovered evidence. The motion was-overruled, and the accused excepted.
Judgment affirmed.
