Thе plаintiff оffеrеd thоse реrsons who were prosecuted with him and acquitted, as witnesses, but ‍​​​​​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​‍they were objected to, and by the court not admitted, because they were interested in the question of fact on trial.
