—In a child support proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 5, the father appeals, as limited by his brief, from stated portions of an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County (Lynaugh, H.E.), dated January 10, 1997, which, inter alia, only reduced the amount of his weekly child support obligation to $769.40 in accordance with an order of the same court (Dunn, J.), entered December 9, 1996. The mother cross-appeals from stated portions of the order dated January 10, 1997. By decision and order of this Court dated May 11, 1998 [
