Order unanimously modified by denying the motion to compel plaintiff separately to state and number causes of action and by denying the motion to strike out paragraphs 18, 21, 22, 23 and 24 of the complaint, and, as so modified, affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the appellant, with leave to the plaintiff to serve an amended complaint within ten days after entry of order.
