Tоmi Skuра, аntе, and by the agreement of parties is to ‍​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍abide the decision in that case.
