is of the opinion the writ should be granted. ‍‌​​​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‍On the facts of this case the mother is not entitled to the maternal ‍‌​​​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‍preference our law grants in custody cases.
