The Circuit Court should have permitted the amendment of the affidavit ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‍for the appeal, and, for refusing it, the judgment is Beversed and cause remanded.
