This ease is between the same parties ‍​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‍and involves the same questions as Colvin v. Gray, ante p. 518. The decision and decree ‍​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‍are controlled by that case.

Decree affirmed, and cause remanded.
