The trustee in bankruptcy of the estate of E. S. Collins brought a petition against the bankrupt, his wife Mrs. Emma T. Collins, and his son B. B. Collins, praying for the can
B. B. Collins testified: He is an attorney at law, and had charge of the transaction to secure a loan from the Southern Mortgage
E. S. Collins testified that he never misrepresented to the Liddell
On this evidence a verdict was directed for the defendants.
Judgment reversed.
