The instructions as to contributory negligence are not as clear as they might be, in that they say that plaintiff cannot recover if there was any want of care or negligence on her part, without reference to whether it contributed to the injury or not. True, in other places the correct rule is given, and the case should not be reversed for this fault alone. We mention it in order that it may be avoided upon a re-trial.
