This is an action of ejectment brought to the city court of the city of Hartford; and the question is, whether it is appealable to the superior court.
The appeal in this case being valid on this ground, it is unnecessary to examine the other points which have been made.
The superior court is advised that the plaintiff’s motion ought not to be granted.
In this opinion, the other judges, Ellsworth and Hinman, concurred.
New trial not to be granted.
