The action is to enjoin and restrain the defendants from interfering with the rights and property of the First Heustadter Congregation Sick and Benevolent Association in any manner whatsoever; from using the name and seal of the said congregation, and from selling and disposing of or incumbering the property of the same, he it real or personal, and from disturbing the meetings of the congregation, and for such other and further relief in the premises as to the court may seem just and proper.
