On petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. The Court reversed the judgment below in Freeman v. United States, 564 U.S. 522, 131 S. Ct. 2685, 180 L. Ed. 2d 519 (2011). Therefore, motion of petitioner for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and petition for writ of certiorari granted, and case remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit for further proceedings.
