Adhering to our views ‍​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‍that the death penalty is in all circumstances cruel and unusual ‍​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‍punishment prohibited by the Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments, Gregg v. Georgia, 428 U.
