The petition for the writ ‍‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‍of certiorari is denied.

In denying the petition, this Court does ‍‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‍not wish to be understood as approving all the language, reasons, ‍‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‍or statements of law in the Court of Criminal Appeals’ ‍‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‍opinion.
