In a negligence action to recover damages for injuries to person and property-arising out of a collision of two motor vehicles, plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 1, 1960, after a jury trial, upon a verdict of $1,105 in favor of plaintiff against both defendants.
