Petition of Buford Gautney for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to review and revise ‍‌​​​​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‍the judgment and decision of that Court in the case of Gautney v. State, Ala.App., 53 So.2d 595.
