Petition of Buford Gautney ‍‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​​‍for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to ‍‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​​‍review and revise the judgment and decision of ‍‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​​‍that Court in the case of Gautney v. ‍‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​​‍State, Ala.App., 53 So.2d 595.
