Position to Prohibit Statements of Reports of States Witnesses
To Honorable Judge, of said Court:
Comes Nass Steven Mitchell Grargy Defendant, and brings this motion to prohibit State from attempting to introduce Written Statements of Reports of States witnesses and in support will show: 1. For course, the Defendant would show that an offer of such documents by the attorney for the State could substantially prejudice the rights of Defendant. Defendant desires to abide the need to object in the presence of the Army to such offer.
- To Determine the Credibility of States witness, to test the Remembrance of the alleged crime, the Red Charecter of witness, Incorchant Statements, Rest Convictions of crimes of moral reppitude.
- The fact the Complaintant has refused herself by filing an accident of non-preciction, and on October 13,2014. In Courtroom is his further asserted to prececution her "uncertlingness to precicite or testify.
