TO THE HONDRAFLE TUBERS OF THE COURT OF CRIMINAL APPEALS: COMES NOW, Valentin GANNS, PETitioner, and files this motion for an extension of thirty days in which to file a petition for Discretionery Review. In support of this motion, appellant shows the court the following.

The petitioner was convicted in the 94th District Court of Auers County, Tears of the offense of Ending Auert with a Motor Vehicle in cause NO. 13 CF 8947-C styled state of Tears Us. Valentin GANNS. The petitioner appended to the of Agoists 18th Suplere Iidical District. The case was affirmed on February 19,2015.
*2 The plesent derdline for filing the petition for Disctchonsy perlew is Mondy, June 09,2005. The petitioner requested a 60 -dy extension last month and only teciered 30 -dy extension prior to to this request.
Petitioner request for an extension is based upon the following feuts: The petitioner was not informed of the decision of the gourth of appents in his atkiving case until April 7,2005. Since thit time petitioner has been atteupting to ginn access to court lewards and legal repiesentation in this matter. His atteray on the appent, Conetta Gratam, has informed petitioner she will not repiesent him in the petition for Disctchonsy Review.
