Before the Court are U.S. Magistrate Judge Cavan's Findings and Recommendations (Doc. 101) regarding Plaintiffs Friends of the Crazy Mountains et aVs Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 78), the Federal Defendants' Cross- Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 81), and the Landowner Defendants' Cross- Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 85). Plaintiffs assert that the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) improperly acted in its management of four trails in the Crazy Mountains in southcentral Montana. Judge Cavan recommended denying the Plaintiffs' motion and granting both the Federal Defendants' cross-motion and the Landowner Defendants'cross-motion. (Doc. 101 at 2).
