Should the petition for writ of certiorari be denied, this stay terminates automatically. In ‍‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​​​​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‍the event the petition for *1057writ of certiorari is granted, this stay shall continue pending the ‍‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​​​​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‍sending down of the judgment of this Court.
