It is ordered that ‍‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‍the writ of review issue; that the Court of Appeal send ‍‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‍up the record in duplicate of the case; and that counsel ‍‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‍for plaintiff and defendant be notified.
