Thesе appeals are from orders of the District Court denying, without hearing, motions ‍​‌​​‌​​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‍under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to set aside a sentence for manslaughter. We find no error.
