Jones, pаyable to himsеlf, and еndorsed by John B. Jоnes аnd Mrs. I. B. Lanсaster. This October 1st, 1913. [Signеd] Sprоull Fouсhé.” It is not nеcessary to elaborate the rulings stated in the headnotes, as the principles controlling the case are elementary. Judgment affirmed.
