October 30, 1912. The opinion of the Court was delivered by So far as the facts are involved in this appeal, there is abundant evidence to support the judgment of the Circuit Court. Therefore, the facts are not reviewable in this Court. The law is settled against appellant in the cases of Brackett v. Ry., 88 S.C. 447,70 S.E. 1026, and Neal v. Ry., 92 S.C. 197. The evidence warranted the awarding of substantial damages in both cases.
