PER CURIAM.

Because the Turnberry Isle Condominium Association’s complaint properly alleged an action on behalf of all unit owners concerning matters of common interest, Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.221, we find that the trial court properly denied the defendants’ motions to dismiss for lack of class standing.

Affirmed.
