In the year 1867, Henry G. Fisk, Thomas R. Clark and Thomas J. Flagg formed a copartnership under the name or style of “ Fisk, dark & Flagg ” for the purpose of manufacturing and selling gloves, neckwear and other articles of men’s attire.
