— Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Dier, J.), entered October 13,1983 in Warren County, which amended a prior judgment of foreclosure and sale in favor of plaintiff. H The underlying facts of this action to foreclose a mortgage may be found in our previous decision in First Nat. Bank v G.F. Clear, Inc. (93 AD2d 925), where we determined that an auction sale of defendants’ corporate properties was commercially reasonable and that defendants were in default on their mortgage loan. The matter was remitted on the deficiency judgment. Plaintiff’s August 4,1983 motion for the entry of a judgment of foreclosure and sale based upon defendants’ default in appearance was granted August 15, 1983. Defendants moved on August 18,1983 by order to show cause for an order reopening
