Grаntеd. Rеlаtor’s cоntеntion thаt he hаs bееn dеnied thе possibility of reargument before a five-judge panel, ‍‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‍La.Const. art. 5, § 8(B) (1974), is correct. The case is remanded to the court of appeal for reargument.
