Petition of Reuben Ferguson for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to review ‍​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‍and revise the judgment and decision of that court in Ferguson v. State, 21 Ala. App. 519, 109 So. 764.

Writ denied.
