The jury awarded plaintiff compensatory damages in the sum of $150,000. It also awarded punitive damages in the sum of $500,000, 60% ($300,000) of which was awarded against defendants Delporte and 40% ($200,000) of which was awarded against defendant Arcadia Management, Inc.
