An auditor was appointed to hear the evidence and to make findings of fact and law in the case. After hearing, the auditor made his report of his findings of fact and of law, which were favorable to the plaintiff, with the conclusion that the plaintiff was entitled to a perpetual injunction as prayed for against the defendant.
