Per Curiam :

The questions presented in this case have been thoroughly considered, both in this and kindred cases, and we are entirely satisfied with the correctness of the views of the Appellate Court, as expressed by Mr. Justice Moran in the foregoing opinion. Like ruling will be found in Weber v. Mick, 131 Ill. 520.

The judgment of the Appellate Court is affirmed.
