The judgment of the court of appeals is affirmed for the ‍‌‌‌‌​​​​​​​​​​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‍reason stated by that court in its journal entry: “R.C. 149.43(C) authorizes only ‘attorney fees,’ not compensation to pro se litigants.”
