State, 20 ‍​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​​‌​​‌‍Ala. App. 193, 101 So. 911.
