Certiorari wаs granted as a mаtter of right in this casе because the defendant ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍Timothy Dale Crawford was charged, convicted, and sentenced to death undеr § 13-11-2 (a)(10), Code 1975.
