We are ‍‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‍of opinion that without any reasonable doubt, the administrator de ‍‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‍bonis non cum testamento annexo of Benjamin Chew, deceased, can exercise ‍‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‍the powers of sale granted by the will to ‍‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‍his executors; and affirm thffi judgment on the opinion ‍‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‍delivered at Nisi Prius.
