Adhering to our views that the death penalty is in all ‍‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‍circumstances cruel and unusual punishment prohibited by the Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments, Gregg v. Georgia, 428 ‍‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‍U.
